Have you ever tried stopping it
for a moment,
and listening to it,
all, quietly?
Do we have stomach ready
for some of them?
Sometimes I am asking myself
who is the boss inside of me?
I or the thought itself?
Let's be in charge of our mind
and choose beautiful thoughts
for a week... and ...always... :-)
Because the highest thought
is always the joyfull one!
