Terms

The materials which are available within KylaColeModel.net, this website, may include nudity and should NOT be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18 years old or who does not wish to be exposed to such materials. By entering this website, you are making the following statements:

Slovakian copyright laws prohibit you from any use of these images without expressed permission from KylaColeModel.net.

Subscription fee

The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current Terms of the Site. Subscription fees are non-refundable once your username and password have been used to access the website.

Refunds

In the event a refund is issued, the refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. CCBill cannot issue refunds by cash, check or to another credit card or payment mechanism. The funds should post back to your account within 7 to 10 business.

Cancellation/Termination

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either KylaColeModel.net or the Subscriber. To terminate a recurring subscription, contact CCBill at support.ccbill.com. To terminate a non-recurring subscription, contact Website Support at support@kylacolemodel.net. When a member requests termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded unless first offered by KylaColeModel.net. Subscribers are liable for any charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Privacy

We do not, and will not, distribute, rent or sell any personally identifiable information to third parties without your express consent, other than as necessary to process your payment, which is operated by CCBill LLC. CCBill's Privacy Policy is available here.

When you join the membership section of the website, you are asked to provide your name, address, e-mail, username, password and birth year. When users request pages from our server, our Web server automatically collects some information about the users, including their IP addresses. If you choose to post messages in the forum on the website, we will maintain on the forum such information about you as you choose to disclose. If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We will maintain a record or notes of communications with you regarding your account.
