Like the Sun’s warm kiss
full of promise
stolen in the middle
of January days
Those few days felt
like Easter time
Mother Nature suddenly
slipped off
her winter white dress
She lay naked in front of me
daring to reveal her real self
No innocent white, no fresh green
no seductive scents, no luscious fruits
Raw, naked in a deep sleep
I just hear her heart
silently beating in patient mode
already pregnant with new seeds
to improve life and fulfil promises
